Oakbrook Apartments participates in the Pet Appreciation with Sequoia (PAWS) program. The maximum adoption fee reimbursement is $250. Requests for reimbursement must be submitted within 90 days of adoption. All dog breeds are accepted; see office staff for details.


Pet Fees:

Pet Rent: $50/month, per pet (fixed)

Pet Fee: $300 (fixed & non-refundable)

Pet Deposit: $500 (fixed & refundable)
